Work

OK I'm just going to say it. Im sick of lazy people who sit on their butts and expect everyone to do for them. I work 60+ hours a week for people who show no appriciation for what we do. Its ok. Its a means to an end. I pay my bills and Provide for my family. What I'm really talking about is those Idiots that wont work at all but pretend too. Case in point. I went to hire this guy who begged me for a job and said he just had to work. I gave him a chance. Well his first day he spent more time complaining about the job he had to do than doing it. I found him hiding and saying ( Whining is more like it ) how the job is not worth the $10.00 an hour he was getting paid. How hes much more imporant than the work and the work was just benieth him. SO lets put it in the plain truth. Hes a 20 year old drop out. He was even too lazy to get his GED. His only jobs he has had was fast food ( which by the way IS a job And I would never put that down.) and it never lasted over 4 weeks. Now you ready for the job I gave him. He had to pick up trash on my property and do some weed eating. hummm. talk about Lazy... now you think this was a one time incident. But he is the 4th young man I hired for the job. All under the age of 25. Now my cure for their lazyness...... Beat their mom and dads asses. Thats right. we need to go back to when a child steps out of line they Knew they were going to get it. Also if they wanted something they need to earn it. I never met any Kings and Queens. But I sure have met alot of our younger generation who feel they deserve to be treated like one because they are breathing. I say fix the ones that are 18 to 25. Throw them in the service and have a Drill Sargent teach them the meaning of life. Also show them responsability and respect. And thats the real truth... Oh yea. Know anyone needing a job. I need some weed eating done.

Racism the Real Truth

OK Lets get right to the meat of it all. I'm not happy about the Zimmerman trial. I'm extremely happy about the verdict, but Its how everyone else has acted. Bottom line if it was a white boy and a black man this would not have made it past local news. Case in point. on 6-16-2012 Marley Lion, a white 17 year old boy, was shot and killed by a 30 year old Black man in Charleston, SC. Has anyone heard of this. Of course not. But lets all have rallies and vigiles for a black teen who had the intent of hurting and maybe killing Zimmerman. Lets take it a step further. I want to start the UWPA. The United White People Assocaion. I bet the second I do the UNAACP will get a press confrence calling me Raciest and a bad person. How about this Im going to start a Whites only college fund. Then ill make the news because the UNCF, The United Negro College Fund will say im unfair and my college fund should allow students of race. UNCF they have NEVER given a white person a single penny. So my question is whos really being raciest. Now understand My point is this. The groups that allow only one color, type, or person should be disband and boycotted. ALL of them. Some of my closest friends are of other backgrounds. It makes life interesting and fun not everyone being the same. Now that its time for my high horse to lay down. I'll finish with this. We are all men and women. Point blank. Lets all be held accountable for our actions. Not our color. Grow up People. Like it or not Thats the Real Truth.

I'm Back. and Minding your own Business

OK everyone. Im back and better than ever. Lots has happened since I left the blogging world. But the Hard Truth has not changed. People are still people and lots are still in denial about many things. I have been hearing everyday how this person did that, or why is this like that? Im going in with the mind your own business, thats right. If you worried about what your doing as much as the person next to you you would be doing much better then you are now. For instance... lets say the person next to you got something you did not get. Instead of being Pissed they got something you did not get. You should be happy for them. You might even try and find out how they got it and do it for your self. Also. If you worked at a place for awhile and they hired someone in and you find out they are making more than you. Two things come to mind. one if your angry about it then your thinking wrong. your thinking should be what am I doing to not make that amount. and Two. you should be happy for them . Dont be mad just because they made a better deal than you did when they started working. Besides they might have more qualified skills than you did. Bottom line you dont know squat. So mind your own business and stop being jealous of things you dont know anything about and what you cant control. Have a great time doing for yourself and help your fellow person. Your life will be much richer and you never know whats around the next cornor. BOO its was me.
